Shipping Policy
Logistics Transit Time：Your order typically arrives within approximately 7 business days. Please keep an eye on the shipping updates; if you encounter any issues regarding logistics, please contact us via email, and we will verify and resolve the matter.
Our products are of excellent quality. However, should your item be damaged during transit due to rough handling, please contact us via email within one week of receipt and provide photographs of the damage. We will either ship a replacement product or issue a refund. If the product remains intact and is in resalable condition, you may contact us within 30 days to initiate a return and refund. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer; we appreciate your understanding.
Regarding Shipping Fees：
Orders totaling $30 or more qualify for free shipping. For remote regions, an additional shipping fee of $15 applies; this fee is based on rates provided by our logistics partners and does not generate any additional profit for us.
